Does this work on iOS and Android?

The app only works on iOS at the moment. Android app release is on track for mid 2026.

What exercises does Stance track?

Right now we track comp squat and bench - no tempo variations.

We have an alpha for deadlifts and hope to release that early 2026.

What can Stance do?

Stance

- Allows you to track your RPE and video your sets

Is the sensor included in the membership?

Yes the sensor and what's included comes with the iOS product. The Android pre-order is a reservation towards your tracker when it's released mid next year.

Does it require video to work?

No, the sensor does all the bar-speed tracking. Video is optional so you can have both the bar-speed data and the video recording.

How long does it take to deliver?

We dispatch in two days and post with UK second class tracked. International orders can take between 3 and 14 business days to deliver.

What iOS does Stance support?

We are aligned with the devices that Apple support for the latest operating system - iOS18. Performance will be limited on iOS versions prior to that.

As of early 2025 - and likely for 12 months onwards - are as follows:

Why is it reduced from £140 to £120?

We want to deliver an affordable powerlifting bar-speed tracker for £140.

However, we don't have deadlifts working at the level we would like. Therefore, we're offering the product today with 14% off at £120 with just squat and bench tracking. Users who buy now will get the deadlift upgrade for free when it is released (early 2026) at which point prices will increase to £140.

Is there a subscription?

No. The sensor and app is all included in the price.
