Here's what our users are saying.

”I’ve been using stance now for around 6 months and it’s been great! Gives a very in depth insight into your set and helps determine what numbers you should push for week on week.”

Isaak Nathan @isaaklifts

”Stance is the first scientific based tech I have used to help analyse my training and it shocked me. It is so simple and so easy to work it took me a few minutes to get it started. It helped me asses my training to see how the rep moved and how I felt, it also helped me to understand how easy it is to see on a chart how adding weight can make your lift slower and how much it affects it. I would recommend it to anyone whatever level of training you’re at even if you’re a casual gym goer it is affordable and super simple.”

Kacper Curylo @kacpcur.lifts

"I have been using stance for last couple months prettying for Commonwealth powerlifting champs. What I like about this velocity tracker is that the variations of the exercises are within the app, which compares your velocity of these certain variations which is great for tracking your progression as well as tracking your fatigue levels which helps me schedule deload a at the right time for myself and the athletes I coach. What is also very useful about Stance’s device is that it’s easy and simple to use, does not take up a lot of space at all in my gym bad and has a very long battery lifespan, I didn’t charge it for the first 2 months no issues. If you want to track your progression objectively and monitor fatigue levels in the blink of an eye this is a device to invest in."

Ashley Watson @ashdabizwatson

"Stance helps tracks quantitive data balanced against qualitative motor feedback to inform coaching decisions, track progression and plan overall performance trajectories. In short, stance helps provide objective insight, visualised in an easy to understand format that can be compared against your subjective effort, is transportable and simple to use."

Scott Simon @scottisigb

"Stance has already transformed velocity tracking with their user-friendly, Velcro-attached bar tracker, and now they're set to revolutionise powerlifting training - embarking on a new era of precise RPEs and optimised weight selection through their algorithms and velocity data."

David Coope @davcoope

"The tracker’s legit data on bar speed and force gives you a clear picture of how your lifts are improving. It’s way better than just guessing if a set “felt good” or not—you actually know if you’re moving weight faster and getting stronger. You can see right away if your speed’s off or if you’re crushing it, which helps you tweak things like rest periods or effort. No wasted time, just focused work that actually makes a difference when you’re chasing PRs.Stance Keeps You Fired Up There’s something about seeing those numbers go up that gets you hyped to keep pushing. It’s like having a coach in your pocket reminding you that you’re on the right track or calling you out if you’re slacking."

Corey Jamison @coreylifts

"I have been using the stance tracker for a while now and I've had an amazing experience with it. The stance tracker allows you to track all of your reps and it shows the average speed of each set and the smoothness of it. Being able to track the average speed has really helped me with my training as I get to compare my lifts either on the same training session or compare to sessions from other days. Being able to see the speed of each lift really helps gauge how much reps in reserve you have and also helps determine where about your 1 rep maximum sits. It also helps to see where your strength sits through the weeks/months and helps determine when you are really fatigued and need to deload."

Emira @x_lift_with_emira_x

"Training with Stance has really developed my relationship with training intensity. I feel more accurate at gauging my training intensity and they assist with specific programming decisions session to session, week to week, and block to block. It is quite seamless how easy it is to connect the device to the app, and I’m looking forward to using it in more exercises in my programme, in the future."
